The wood crushing process is carried out by means of a hydraulic pressure plate which pushes the material in the hopper. The cutting rotor is equipped with interchangeable cutting tools that crush material by applying pressure against the cutting bar. The crushed material is then dropped through a screen with holes which, depending on the use of the crushed material, can be made in diameters from 15 mm to 30 mm.
